Lately, I’ve noticed my focus dipping during long hours at the desk, and I’m curious if anyone’s experimented with non-traditional methods to stay sharp. I’ve dabbled in aromatherapy (eucalyptus seems to help) and short breathing exercises, but I’m wondering if there are other subtle tweaks maybe lighting adjustments, background sounds, or even specific desk setups that have worked for you.
On a side note, I’ve always been fascinated by how environment affects cognition, given my side interest in set design. Has anyone tried mimicking natural light or using color psychology in their workspace? Open to hearing what’s worked or even what hasn’t!
