Looking Back at My Health Journey Patterns

It’s funny how our health habits can feel like layers of rock some old routines are buried deep, while others keep resurfacing. I’ve noticed that even when I make progress, like sticking to a workout plan for months, I sometimes fall back into skipping workouts or grabbing fast food when things get busy. It makes me wonder if I’m building toward lasting change or just cycling through the same old habits. Does anyone else see these repeating patterns in their own health journey? How do you break out of the cycle and make those positive changes stick for good?
