Is Life Balance Real or Just an Idea?

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how we talk about balance in life, especially with my background in manufacturing where precision is everything. In engineering, balance is measurable you adjust components until everything runs smoothly. But in life, it feels like the goalposts are always shifting. One week, work takes over; the next, I’m trying to focus on my health and well-being. Does anyone else feel like chasing balance just leads to more stress? Or is there a way to make it feel less like a rigid target and more like a natural flow? I’d love to hear how others approach this, especially those who juggle demanding jobs with personal wellness.
