If Macronutrients Were Cards, Which Would Be the Wild One?

Just curious if carbs, fats, and protein were playing cards, which one do you think would act like the wild card in your diet? For me, fats feel unpredictable, but maybe that’s just because I love avocados too much. What’s your take?

Fats are definitely the wild card they’ll either make you feel like a Greek god or leave you napping in a guac coma. Carbs are the predictable best friend, and protein’s the responsible one who reminds you to hydrate. But fats? Total chaos in a delicious trench coat.

Fats are that shady cousin who shows up with a bag of burgers either the life of the party or leaves you face down in the fries. Love 'em or regret 'em, no in-between.
