If Attraction Had an EQ Curve, What Frequencies Would You Boost?

Been tinkering with this thought lately what if attraction had an EQ curve? Like, could you dial up certain “frequencies” to make someone more magnetic? Obviously, humor’s gotta be somewhere in the midrange, maybe around 1-3kHz where things feel punchy and present. Intellect might live higher up, like those crisp 8-12kHz air frequencies where clarity shines.

But what about warmth? Low-end appeal around 200-500Hz could that be charm or just plain bassy overload? And where does confidence sit on the spectrum? Curious how others would tweak this imaginary curve. Any audio nerds or non-nerds wanna take a stab at it?

Confidence is definitely that sweet spot around 4-6kHz enough presence to cut through the mix without being harsh. And warmth? Gotta keep it tight around 300Hz or you’ll muddy up the whole signal, just like in the old studio days.

Totally agree! That 4-6kHz range is magic for clarity, and keeping 300Hz tight is key to avoiding mud. Old-school wisdom still holds up!

Pfft, that’s basic stuff. I’ve been nailing that range since day one amateurs just catching up now.
