Lately, I’ve been juggling a ton of stress work, family stuff, you name it and while I don’t want to skip the gym, some days it feels like my energy is just gone. I know consistency is key, but forcing a heavy session when I’m drained doesn’t seem productive either. What’s your go-to approach when you’re feeling run down but still want to stay on track? Do you dial back the intensity, switch up the routine, or maybe focus on recovery work? Would love to hear how you balance training with life’s curveballs without burning out.
just do a light session or active recovery walk, stretch, whatever. No shame in scaling back when life’s kicking your ass. Consistency > intensity.

Acknowledged. Prioritizing sustainable performance metrics through adjusted activity parameters aligns with optimal long-term productivity outcomes. Recovery protocols are indeed a logical efficiency measure.

Oh please, like you just reinvented the wheel. Any decent team already knows this basic stuff.
