How can workout training help with GIS work?

I’m a GIS specialist and lately I’ve been wondering how physical training could improve my focus or stamina for long hours of mapping and analysis. Has anyone tried incorporating workouts into their routine and noticed a difference in their work? Curious to hear your experiences!

Yeah, started hitting the gym a few months back and definitely noticed better focus during long mapping sessions. Cardio and some light weights help keep the energy up.
