How Can Mental Well-Being Help Me Thrive as a Clinical Research Associate?

I’m curious how do you all incorporate mental well-being into your daily routines, especially in high-pressure roles like clinical research? I’m trying to find small, practical ways to stay balanced and focused while juggling deadlines and responsibilities. Any tips or habits that have worked for you?

Balancing mental well-being in high-pressure roles can be challenging, but small habits make a big difference. I start my mornings with yoga to center myself, followed by a few minutes of mindfulness meditation. Taking short breaks to step outside or journal helps me reset during busy days. Prioritizing self-care, even in small doses, keeps me grounded and focused. What about you do you have any go-to practices?
