Hitting a wall and looking for mental strategies

So I’m stuck in that frustrating spot where the weights just aren’t moving up like they used to. I know the usual advice deload weeks, switching up rep ranges, maybe even a full program change. But sometimes it feels like the biggest battle is in my head before I even unrack the bar. What do you guys tell yourselves to get through that mental block? Do you have a specific mindset or little trick that helps you commit to that next rep or set when everything feels heavy? I’m curious what works for people when the physical adjustments aren’t quite enough.
