Lately, I’ve noticed how much we celebrate the hustle whether it’s pushing through brutal workouts or coding late into the night for a smart contract project. The “no days off” mentality gets praised, but I rarely hear people talk about what it takes out of you mentally.

I’ve seen climbers burn out from overtraining, and I’ve talked to devs who are exhausted from non-stop grinding. Sure, discipline matters, but when does it cross the line?
