Freelance Supply Chain Consulting vs. Big Firms

I’ve been curious about the potential for freelancers in supply chain consulting to hold their own against the big firms. On one hand, you have the flexibility, personalized service, and potentially lower costs that an independent consultant can offer. On the other, large firms bring established reputations, extensive resources, and broad networks. Do you think a freelancer can realistically compete in this space, or are the advantages of the big players just too overwhelming? Would love to hear from anyone with experience on either side.
