I work as a dishwasher, and by the end of my shift, I’m often completely drained. The temptation to just grab whatever’s quick and comforting on my way home is huge. I’m trying to get a bit healthier, but that “F” word food, especially the not-so-great kind feels like my biggest hurdle right now. When you’re tired and your willpower is shot, what do you do to make a better choice? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you all. On my days off, I’m usually out sailing or trying to compose some music, and I’d like to have more energy for those things. Any advice from people who’ve been in a similar spot would be really appreciated.
