Finding the Sweet Spot Between New Clients and Project Burnout

Lately, I’ve been wrestling with a challenge that I’m sure others here can relate to. On one hand, there’s nothing quite like the excitement of onboarding a new client the fresh energy, the new problems to solve, the chance to make an impact. But on the other, it’s easy to get overwhelmed when the projects start piling up, and suddenly, the thrill turns into stress.

How do you all manage that balance? Do you have a system for knowing when to say yes to new opportunities and when to pump the brakes? I’d love to hear how you keep the passion alive without burning out. Maybe it’s about setting boundaries, delegating more, or just being pickier with clients. What’s worked for you?
