I love my heavy squats, deadlifts, and presses, but sometimes fitting in meaningful accessory work feels like a puzzle. I’m curious how others manage their volume and frequency. Do you prioritize certain accessories on specific days, or do you blend them in differently? Also, I’ve swapped out barbell rows for more chest-supported variations recently to save my lower back. Has anyone else made similar tweaks or found particular exercises that just weren’t worth the fatigue for them?
