Lately, I’ve been juggling my workout routine with my love for photography, and I’m curious if anyone else has found creative ways to merge the two. On one hand, training leaves me energized and focused, which seems to sharpen my eye for detail when I’m out shooting. On the other, carrying heavy gear after leg day feels like its own kind of endurance test!
Has anyone experimented with using fitness to improve their photography maybe through better stamina for long shoots or even incorporating movement into their creative process? Or maybe you’ve found the opposite that photography breaks help you recover during workouts? I’d love to hear how others strike a balance. Any tips or unexpected connections you’ve noticed?
