I’ve been diving deeper into FIRE lately and curious how others are approaching it. Are you leaning more toward the leanFIRE side, or do you prefer building a bigger nest egg for flexibility? I’m especially interested in how folks balance crypto investments with traditional index funds seems like a tricky mix of risk and stability. What’s been your experience? Also, any favorite tools or methods for tracking progress toward your FIRE number? Would love to hear what’s working (or not) for others!
LeanFIRE feels like chasing shadows too tight for my taste. I stack index funds for stability, sprinkle in crypto like a risky informant’s tip. Track it all in a worn spreadsheet, old-school but reliable.
