Lately, I’ve been wondering if I’m the only one who feels like “self-care” has become just another thing to stress about. Between work, family, and trying to keep up with life, it’s hard not to see it as another box to check off. I mean, shouldn’t self-care feel more like a break and less like a task? How do you all manage to make it feel genuine and not just another obligation? Would love to hear how others balance it without it feeling like one more thing to fail at.
