Does Poor Sleep After a Late Shift Make Cardio Feel Harder?

So, I’ve noticed something lately when I pull a late shift and don’t get great sleep, my cardio sessions the next day feel like an absolute slog. It’s like my legs are made of lead, and my energy just evaporates halfway through. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this or if it’s just me. Do you have any tips for pushing through those sluggish workouts, or is it better to just take it easy and recover? I’d love to hear how others handle this, especially if you’ve found ways to bounce back faster after a rough night. Thanks in advance!
