Dealing with tight spaces in a rig bunk

Man, I know the struggle of trying to recover in a tiny rig bunk where you can barely move. My usual stretches are impossible in there, so I’ve had to get creative. I’ve found that focusing on deep breathing and small, controlled movements helps a ton like gently rotating my ankles or doing subtle shoulder rolls while lying down. What do you all do to ease muscle tension when you’re cramped up? I’m always looking for new ideas to try out.
