Had one of those days yesterday where my squats just weren’t clicking. Felt my lower back taking over halfway through my set, so I called it quits early. Part of me thinks it was the right call better to bail than risk injury but another part wonders if I could’ve pushed through with lighter weight or adjusted my stance.
How do you guys handle it when your form starts breaking down mid-workout? Do you dial it back, switch exercises, or just pack it in for the day? Curious what’s worked for others, especially from a recovery standpoint.
