It’s wild how much waste gets generated at a single game mountains of nacho trays, soda cups, and food containers. I’ve been wondering if it’s possible for stadiums to go completely zero-waste. Composting seems like a no-brainer for organic waste, but what about all the packaging? Has anyone seen stadiums or big venues pull this off successfully? I’d love to hear about examples or even just ideas for how we could make it happen. Maybe there are creative solutions out there that haven’t gotten enough attention yet.
“, zero-waste stadiums? Absolutely doable! Saw Levi’s Stadium crushing it with compostable packaging and recycling incentives profits up, trash down. Let’s push vendors for biodegradable options and fan education, boom, !”
