Connecting Workout Training and DIY Projects

I’ve noticed that both working out and tackling DIY projects require a similar mindset planning, patience, and adapting when things don’t go as expected. For example, just like I might modify a yoga pose to fit my ability, I’ll adjust a woodworking plan based on the tools I have.
