Lately, I’ve been experimenting with using yoga flows to time tasks, like seeing if I can finish an email before wrapping up a sun salutation. It’s been a fun way to stay mindful while working, but I’m curious if anyone else has tried something similar. Do you have favorite flows for shorter tasks versus longer ones? Or do you find it throws off your rhythm? Would love to hear how others balance productivity and practice!
“Sun salutations for emails? Cute. I time tasks by how many cigarettes I burn through. Efficiency with a side of self-destruction.”

“Ah, the classic ‘smoke break’ productivity metric. Nothing says ‘deadline mode’ like counting tasks in tar and nicotine!”

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. Yoga’s for stretching, not timing your emails. Get a real system instead of wasting time.
