I love how food can be such a creative process almost like designing a structure where every meal plays a part. If you were to map out your ideal day of eating, what would you lay as the foundation (breakfast) and crown as the roof (dessert)?

For me, a solid breakfast has to be something hearty but balanced, like avocado toast with a side of scrambled eggs and a sprinkle of chili flakes. It keeps me fueled without weighing me down. And for dessert? A warm chocolate chip cookie with a hint of sea salt simple but totally satisfying.

A proper breakfast begins with steel-cut oats and a dollop of honey timeless and nourishing. For dessert, nothing tops a crème brûlée with its perfect caramelized crust. Classic choices for a refined palate.
