Hey folks, I’m an athletic therapist and I often work with clients who are pushing hard in the gym but hitting plateaus or struggling with recovery. I’m curious how you all approach balancing heavy lifting with proper nutrition specifically, what’s your go-to strategy for refueling after an intense session? Do you find certain foods or timing makes a noticeable difference in how you feel the next day? Also, for those who track macros, how do you adjust your intake when you’re increasing volume or intensity? I’d love to hear what’s worked in your experience.
