Balancing Strength and Endurance Training Without Overdoing It

I’ve been trying to figure out how to effectively balance strength training with endurance work, especially since I’m juggling a few other commitments like climbing and some academic projects. I love the feeling of pushing my limits, but I’m also wary of overtraining and burning out.

For those of you who’ve managed to strike that balance, how do you structure your weekly routine? Do you alternate days, combine sessions, or focus on specific cycles? I’m curious about how you prioritize recovery while still making progress in both areas. Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful!
