Lately, I’ve been trying to figure out how to mix strength training into my routine without sacrificing the stamina I need for long dance sessions. As a vendor at the farmer’s market, I’m on my feet all day, and by evening, I’m either rehearsing or teaching choreography. It’s a lot of movement, and I want to build strength without burning out.
