Do you dial back the weight and focus on form? Maybe switch to higher reps with lighter loads? Or do you prioritize active recovery with mobility work instead? I’ve tried a mix of these, but I’d love to hear what’s worked for others, especially when balancing recovery with consistency.
Also, does anyone change up their supplements or nutrition on those tougher days to help with fatigue? Open to any tips or personal experiences!
