Balancing Deep Work and Breaks to Stay Sharp

I’ve been experimenting with different ways to stay productive without burning out, especially since my role involves a lot of decision-making. Lately, I’ve been trying to block out time for focused work, but I find that taking short, intentional breaks helps me reset and come back with more clarity.
