I’ve always found it interesting how baking mirrors life in some ways. Take bread-making, for example you mix the ingredients, knead the dough, and then just have to wait for it to rise. Sometimes it feels meditative, like I’m learning to slow down and appreciate the process. Other times, though, it just makes me hyper-aware of how quickly time passes by. Do you think these moments in baking actually help us build patience, or do they just highlight how little control we have over time? I’d love to hear your thoughts or any similar experiences you’ve had.
