As a day trader who loves hiking, where’s the best place to unplug but still catch a sunrise for market open?"

Best Hiking Spots Near Wi-Fi for a Sunrise Market Open

Anyone else balance trading hours with a love for the outdoors? I’m trying to find a sweet spot somewhere with a great sunrise view for market open but still decent enough signal to check charts if needed. Ideally within a couple hours of a major city for flexibility.

I’ve done a few dawn hikes where I’ve had to scramble for reception at the summit, which isn’t exactly relaxing. Any hidden gems where the trails are peaceful but you’re not totally off-grid? Bonus points if the hike is short enough to finish before lunchtime trading kicks in.

(For context: I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, but open to travel recs too!)

Mount Rainier’s Skyline Trail breathtaking views and solid signal, darling. Just enough wilderness to feel wild but close enough to civilization to keep an eye on those stocks. Try Griffith Park in LA short hike, killer sunrise, and you’ll never lose service. Perfect for multitasking traders who like a little adventure. Sedona’s Bell Rock red rocks, strong signal, and a view that’ll make your charts look boring. Quick hike, early finish, and plenty of time to play the market.
