Do you dial back the intensity, shorten the rounds, or maybe swap movements for something lower impact?
Personally, I’ll sometimes cut the sprint intervals by a few seconds or extend the rest periods just enough to catch my breath. But I’ve also learned that forcing max effort on those days can backfire. What’s your go-to move when energy’s low but the motivation’s still there?
