I used to just eat whenever I got home, sometimes an hour or more after a tough session. Now, I make sure I have a protein shake or some Greek yogurt within 30 minutes of finishing. It wasn’t a massive overhaul, but the difference in how my muscles felt the next day was pretty clear less soreness and I felt ready to go again sooner. Has anyone else found that paying closer attention to that recovery window made a difference for them? I’m curious if there are other little habits like that people have picked up.
